Most of our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM, meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion. However, to preserve the natural wood, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 10-15 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unaltered timepieces. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included tools and accessories.

Yes, every Original Grain watch is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and crystal.

Each watch comes with a specialized link removal tool and extra links, allowing you to easily customize the fit of your band at home.
