At Original Grain, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our wood and steel timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn watch within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the timepiece in its original wooden box and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
